Okay..... *cough*

First, I feel like i fall for her(?) okay i know that she's a girl! But her appearance didn't show it so some people might be think she's a boy (>/\<) (but i love her no matter what!) and some of my friend think that i'm might be crazy cause of her but..... rest of them are also like you tina! yeay \(^_^)/ i don't know what to say but if tina see this post i will be very happy! . I know her from a photo which was my friend gave to me (i dont remember it) then i was like "woaaaaaaaah is she really a girl??? i can't believe it! such a handsome girl with cute face aahh~ oh my god" then i started googling about her, and... i found out that Tina was in a movie "Yes or No" which's presented her with Aom as a lesbian couple . You know, at first i was like "what? lesbi!?!?" but then i was like "ah~ it's okay" and i start to like her more more more and more!. You know I don't really enjoy thai movie untill it comes with Tina xD. She stole my heart!!!! >< .

Recommended EXO Fanfiction

Hello there! i just start to join fanfiction world(?) hahahah no! i'm not going write any fanfiction but i'm busy reading and looking for good fanfiction which's contain EXO in it lately heheh :3. Well, tbh i'm new in this kind of world cause reading is not one of my hobby. It's hard for me to get the 'feeling' , that's why not all of books or ff that i've ever read can move my heart (assa!). After i read some of ff's i'm gonna share with you guys who enjoy reading fanfiction a lot, the best EXO fanfiction (in my opinion):

1. Anterograde Tomorrow

     This fanfiction is the best of the best for me. It's KaiSoo fanfiction. This ff tells about a guy who has "aterograde amnesia". He can't remember anything at the end of the day and there's other guy who trying to help him to remember everything he left behind. Well maybe my review about this ff not as interesting as the real ff. You should read it by yourself i'll guarantee you'll cry at the end of the story. Promise. This written by changdictator. 2. 10080

      This is the best ChanBaek fanfiction -ever because if you have read another ChanBaek' ff some of author show the troll-cheer up character or couple but not with this ff, you'll cry hard! 3. Can i just alohomora your heart for me

    This is the first EXO OT12 fanfiction i have read. It's about 25 chapters. This ff based on harry potter. It's KaiHun ff but there's Kray and Chanbaek part also. (but i haven't read it yet ;P), If you want to read it go to this site → fanficiton

Ok. as i said earlier i'm new people. So i have read about >10 ff hahahahahahahhahaha :D so the ffs above are the best ff for me :D but my friend said 48 hours or.. whatever..  is a good fanfiction tho, the genre is action. I'll update soon ! (if i have time read a new one hehe)

EXO Show Time

Whoaa...!! I'm so so so so happy finally EXO has their own program \(^_^)/ it's "EXO SHOWTIME" which's just aired yesterday! And as i wrote this post i just finished watching it. Aaaaannnd you-know-what? That program make me sick of laughter! Chanyeol... what the heck with that boy he and baekhyun are absolutely the group laugh maker. XD I burst out laughter. And Kris??? the fatal-error-cool-guy HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.... they shouldn't be idol group but comedian group ㅋㅋㅋ 아 너무웃켜.. ! xd xd. And the best is It was the first episode but it made me sick already. Here are the snapshots

First thing is.. there was a part called “Answer me” where EXO member should answer fans’ question one by one. And it was…. (I don’t really remember) but there’s question “how to notice and remember all of EXO Member” because a fan who sent that question said his/her friend didn’t know how to remember EXO member, and when all member should tell what  the other members 'distinct feature' and here we go... that's Byun Baekhyun telling Kai' distinct feature was He's the most dark member. XD But Kai deny it and said He's not the one with the most dark skin then he's start point at Tao

And tao got mad at first but then he's burst out laughter ㅋㅋㅋ. At the end Suho tried to end up all of the arguments and said Kai looks like Taemin Shinee and actor Cha Taehyun

Life is like doing Sport

Oke mau cerita pengalaman tadi olahraga disekolah, udah dua minggu olahraga nya itu senam lantai you-know-lah… dari gue tau yang namanya senam lantai itu apa sampe sekarang gue ga pernah bisa karena beberapa faktor:

1. Badan gue ke gemukan jadi ga bisa nahan beban

2. Badan gue kegemukan jadi ga lentur

3. Gue malu karena badan gue ke gemukan dan udah pasti ga bisa ngelakuinnya.

4. Gue ga PeDe

5. Balik ke no.1

Nah karena faktor-faktor itu lah yang ngebuat gue ga pernah bisa senam lantai, pernah sesekali dan itu pun mencong sana sini…

Oke balik ke cerita awal… jadi pas gue dan temen-temen olahraga senam lantai ini, gue nemuin berbagai macam gaya dan hasil dan semua itu menyiratkan arti tersendiri buat gue. Kenapa? Karena banyak dari temen gue punya cerita dan gaya mereka masing-masing pas maju  buat ngelakuin senam lantai (senam lantai kali ini Roll Depan).  Nah arti-arti tersebut lah yang gue pengen share kesini

Mereka berdua kalo dibilang jago olahraga sih ga terlalu karena dikelas ada yang lebih jago (menurut gue) tapi soal semangat gue rasa mereka berdua adalah dua orang yang paling punya semangat tinggi buat olahraga. Pas giliran mereka ngelakuin “Roll Depan” mereka keliatan santai dan punya kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, benar aja mereka berhasil ngelakuin Roll tanpa ada cacat sedikitpun.

I.              Tahapan-tahapan dalam siklus usaha

1.         Tahap Perkenalan

Awal mula memperkenalkan atau memulai usaha.

Masalah yang sering dihadapi yaitu:

a.       Produk tidak diterima dipasar.

b.      Strategi promosi yang kurang meyakinkan konsumen.

c.       Pemilihan lokasi usaha tidak strategis.

d.      Kualitas barang tidak mampu bersaing.

e.      Ketidakcukupan modal.

                Pada tahap ini yang bisa dilakukan wirausaha adalah mmenggencarkan promosi untuk memperkenalakan produk kepada masyarakat.

2.         Tahap Pertumbuhan

             Tahap ini perusahaan mulai menghasilkan laba. Dan wirausaha harus mulai berpikir untuk mngamankan kegiatan usaha dari setiap perubahan pasar yang dapat menyebabkan kondisi perusahaan tidak stabil.

3.         Tahap Mapan

             Tahap mapan tahap yang paling baik diantara tahap yang lain. Ditahap ini wirausaha harus membuat kreasi/inovasi agar usaha tidak mengalami penurunan. Salah satu cara adalah berpikir kreatif untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usaha.

4.         Tahap penurunan

             Adanya perubahan pasar yang menyebakan kondisi usaha tidak stabil sehingga wirausaha harus terus mengamati dan mengikuti perubahan tersebut agar usaha tidak mati. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai antisipasi terhadap kesulitan dan bisa mengeluarkan perusahaan dari krisis. Pada tahap ini usaha mengalami kemerosotan. Hal ini ditujukkan dengan:

·         Menurunnya tingkat penjualan/pendapatan

·         Berkurangnya kepuasan pelanggaan.

Disetiap tahapan usaha dibutuhkan kebijakan strategi, kebijakan strategi tersebut bersifat:

a.       Dinamis                : selalu mengikuti perkembangan zaman.

b.      Efektif                   : dapat disesuaikan dengan perubahan pasar dan para pesaing.

c.       Efisien                   : berorientasi pada faktor biaya dan harga.

d.      Antisipatif           : dapat dikembangkan untuk disesuaikan kea rah perubahan.

e.      Fleksibel              : tidak kaku dan dapat dipernaharui.
